We had a lovely morning in St. Canice’s Cathedral on Thursday 16th June at our Choral Festival.The children sang really well, some 6th class pupils helped with the prayers, readings and collection and we all enjoyed the visit to the Catheral. It was lovely that so many parents were able to join us. We hope you enjoyed the service. We collected €223.35 for the Red Cross Ukrainian Crisis Appeal.
Congratulations to our winners of the Bishop’s Art competition on the theme of ‘Hope’. This competition involves all of the schools in the Diocese. Those who won a prize were presented with a certificate at the Choral Festival and will also receive an envelope with a monetary prize inside. Sarah in Senior Infants won a prize but was not there on the day.
