In 3rd class, we are really enjoying our Maths Stations for Maths Week.
We worked in small groups and used our problem solving skills to answer 10 questions to figure out the 10 digit code for the keypad. Only one group succeeded in escaping.
As a start to maths week 6th class created “Figure me out” posters. They had to create their own maths questions to reveal their age, show size, date of birth etc..
Well done 5th class for creating these lovely Autumnal Scenes to brighten up our corridors.
3rd & 4th classes are really enjoying their cricket sessions with cricket coach Bernard O'Mara (Midlands Development Officer). They are learning new skills and the rules of the game.
We have been learning all about different types of bridges in Geography. We looked at Cable Stay bridges, Beam Bridges, Arch Bridges and Drawbridges.
5th Class got very creative with Pangúr Bán colouring sheets for Kilkenny Day ..
